Basic Truth Principles

1. The Omnipresence of God

Everything that exists, or ever will exist, is pressed out of the body of God (God-Substance) in different forms of manifestation. Since the nature of God is Absolute Good, and everything is God-Substance, there can be no evil in reality.

"Where can I go from your spirit? Or where can I flee from your presence? If I ascend to heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there." Psalm 139:7-8

2. The Divinity of Humankind

Humankind is made in the image/likeness of God.

Spiritual Man (Spiritual Being)

"Then God said, 'Let us make humankind in our image, according to our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the wild animals of the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.'

"So God created humankind in his image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them."
Genesis 1:26-27 NRSV

Manifest Man (Soul)

"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." Genesis 2:7 KJV

3. The Value and Power of Thought

It is through our thinking that we form that which we have in our life. The value of our thinking is the connecting link with God-Mind.

The power of our thinking is as we change our thinking, we change our life, world, and affairs.

"For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:" Proverbs 23:7 KJV

4. Practicing The Presence

Abiding in the Presence of God.

We abide in the Presence through prayer (communion with God), meditation (conscious thinking on the aspects of God) and sitting in the Silence (listening to God).

"Finally, beloved, whatever is true, whatever is honourable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things." Philippians 4:8 NRSV

5. The Law of Demonstration

The results which follow from practicing the above principles.

The Law of Mind Action is Like begets Like.

Like Mind Activity attracts/produces Like Experiences.

Humankind's responsibility as offsprings of God:

  • Right Thinking
  • Right Feelings
  • Right Words
  • Right Actions
  • Right Reactions

"Do not be afraid, little flock, it is the Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom." Luke 12:32 NRSV
